Welcome to BaoCreates.
If you're reading this, thank you for stopping by at the very beginning of this journey.
My name is Gary, and I currently work as a Machine Learning Engineer. Over the past few years, I have been fortunate to work on projects involving artificial intelligence, data, and software development. Recently, I have also started learning Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Project Controls, and AI automation.
As I began exploring these areas, I realized something important:
Learning is often messy.
Most websites and tutorials only show polished success stories. They show the final dashboard, the completed project, or the certification badge. What they rarely show are the mistakes, confusion, failed attempts, and lessons learned along the way.
BaoCreates was created to document that journey.
Why "BaoCreates"?
The name reflects something I deeply enjoy: building things from scratch.
Whether it's a machine learning model, a Power BI dashboard, an automation workflow, a website, or a personal project, I enjoy the process of learning, experimenting, and creating.
This website is my public notebook—a place where I can share what I'm learning and what I'm building.
What You'll Find Here
The content on BaoCreates will focus on several areas:
AI and Automation
Exploring practical ways to use AI tools, machine learning, and automation to solve real-world problems.
Microsoft Fabric
Documenting my learning journey with Microsoft Fabric, including lessons, experiments, and project examples.
Power BI
Sharing dashboards, data visualization techniques, and reporting ideas that help transform data into insights.
Project Controls
Learning how data, reporting, and AI can support project planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
Career and Continuous Learning
Sharing study notes, certification experiences, and lessons learned as I continue developing new skills.
What Makes This Different?
I'm not claiming to be an expert in every topic covered here.
In fact, part of the reason for creating BaoCreates is to learn in public.
Many of the articles you'll read are written while I'm actively learning. You'll see what worked, what didn't, and what I would do differently next time.
My hope is that readers who are a few steps behind me can learn from my experiences, while readers who are further ahead can share their own insights.
Looking Ahead
My goal is simple:
To consistently learn, build, document, and share.
If BaoCreates helps even one person solve a problem, learn a new skill, or feel more confident starting their own journey, then it will be worth it.
Thank you for being here from the beginning.
Let's build something together.
— Gary
